Stay was very pleasant. We were not happy about the wi-fi connection especially. The supervisor had informed that they will fix the issue at the earliest. No progress found

AC making terrible noise throughout the night, sometimes throwing out ice… washroom basin drains out water super slow…no hand towels, no tissue papers and slippers provided…. Pathetic..

The room was untidy. E we booked 2 suite rooms however we were given 1 suite and 1 deluxe room only. The food was average only.

Rooms were not maintained properly. Broken bathroom doors. My stay experience in this hotel during my last visit (2 years back) was also not great, gave a try this time assuming things would have improved. It has become a lot worse.

When i stay there is no wifi, for early check in you ask extra + tax but if some facility is missing from your side, we need to adjust its not fare.
